I offer coaching support for youths in the home, educational, church, or any other setting.
Individual Youth Coaching – one on one private and confidential coaching
When working with you one-on-one, my highest objective is to serve youth and youth organizations in their communities by helping youth grow and develop to meet life's challenges in today’s changing world.

Group Coaching – Masterminds or Lunch and Learns (small setting onsite or via webinar and video technology)
When I am working in a group setting – although it’s not singular in nature – having the entire group’s input in thinking magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.

- Everyone Communicates, Few Connect (Youth)
- According to John C. Maxwell, “Connecting is the ability to identify with people and relate to them in a way that increases your influence with them, and the ability to communicate and connect with others is a major determining factor in reaching your potential. To be successful, you must work with others. To do that at your absolute best, you must learn to connect.” This course will cover 5 principles and 5 practices outlined by John and help anyone connect better 1:1, in a group, or even with an audience.
- 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth (Youth)
- We will be exploring the first 7 Invaluable Laws of Growth. This course will empower youth to develop the mindset, actions, and practices to form lifelong habits for growth in key areas of their lives.
- 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader (Youth)
- Everything rises and falls on leadership. But knowing how to lead is only half of the battle. Understanding leadership and actually leading are two different activities.

- Leading from the Lockers (Youth)
- This will challenge them to develop the habits, practices, and mindset of a transformational leader. Students will not only learn but also be challenged and held accountable to applying what they learn.
- Sometimes You Win Sometimes you Learn for Teens
- Masterminds or Lunch & Learn series to help their peers learn healthy, responsible ways to deal with failure.
- iLead Youth Program
- Youth will have access to John’s new youth program that they can use to facilitate free small group sessions with their peers. This program has been a big success with youth groups around the world.
- Youth Impact Exploratory D.I.S.C. Assessment
- Every young person has a unique style of learning and growing that is impacted by their personality. The Maxwell DISC assessment will help youth identify their specific personality and learn ways to maximize their natural strengths to add value to others.
